Everyone wants to be successful, but in order to cross the finish line of any goal, you first have to set your course. Let’s see what the Bible says about this… “…let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.” Hebrews 1:1-2 When running our race, we’re instructed to fix our eyes on Jesus. One way that we do this is by spending time in God’s Word. What goal are you working towards with your children over this next school year? It’s guaranteed that you’ve made steps to ensure that math, science, history, and reading are all taken care of. But where will your children’s knowledge of scripture be a year from now? We encourage you to come up with a plan. To set concrete goals focused on your children’s biblical education and spiritual growth. Sowing the Word of God into their hearts while they’re young will help spur them on towards the incredible things that God has planned for them.
