Why is teaching the Bible so important?
That’s where Bible Blast Children’s Church Curriculum comes in.
A country preacher put it this way after spending a vacation with a Scottish sheepherder. Noticing one day that the herder was uncommonly quiet, Dr. Riley asked him why. The herder replied, “I lost 65 of my best lambs last night. Wolves got in.” Dr. Riley then asked how many of the older sheep were killed. The herder looked at him in surprise and said, “Don’t you know that a wolf will never take an old sheep as long as he can get a lamb?”
This finely illustrates the devil’s clever effort to get our young people into his clutches. Let’s do our part to teach and impart the truth of God’s Word into these precious children!
Children’s Church Curriculum
Children’s Church Curriculum differs from a typical “Quizzing Program.” Children’s Church Curriculum is designed for the student to study and meditate on the portion of scripture contained in that week’s Children’s Church Curriculum devotionals, NOT TO MEMORIZE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS. The student is encouraged to study the devotions and corresponding scriptures and the weekly quiz questions come from that. If quiz questions are given out to study, the student simply is repeating back answers making their study nothing more than preparation for trivial gaming.
